What is Ultimate?
Ultimate Frisbee combines elements of Football, Netball and Rugby played with a flying disc. It’s played on a field roughly the size of a Football field for outdoors or basketball court for indoors. Each team has seven players (four in indoor) on the field at one time.
How to Play

Scoring: Catch the disc in the opposing end zone to score a point.

Passing Rules: Move the disc by throwing it to teammates; players cannot run while holding it.

Time Limit: Once a player catches the disc, they have 10 seconds (7 in indoor) to throw it—this is called the “stall count.”

No Contact: Ultimate is a non-contact sport, relying on agility and smart positioning.

Self-Officiating: Players call their own fouls and disputes are resolved on the field, embodying the “Spirit of the Game.”
Why it's unique
Ultimate is different from most sports because it’s played without referees—even in top-level games! Instead, players take responsibility for playing fair, showing respect, and keeping the game fun. This is called Spirit of the Game, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.
